* There is a $10.00 fee to be paid for the River Ranch RV Resort at the moment of the Check-in for the access card.

River Ranch Office Hours: Mon - Thur & Sat: 9 AM to 4 PM, Fri: 9 AM to 6 PM, Sun: 9 AM to 1 PM. Holidays are subject to specific hours.

Cancellation notice is ten days. Please cancel your reservation in the allowed time to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. Online reservations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Weekly stays that include Holidays and Holiday weekends are subject to a 3-day minimum stay, must be paid in full when the reservation is made and is non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Stays of 15 days until 30 days: Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 90% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 80% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Stays of 30 days or more are non-refundable. Credit may be used within one year, except on holidays, weekends, and special weekends. 

Staying at River Ranch RV Resort is subject to rules and regulations. Failure to abide by these Rules and Regulations may result in the guest being asked to leave the resort without a refund.

Maximum number of guests per site is 8.

Must be 18 years or older to operate motorized vehicles in River Ranch RV Park.

Trailers hauling golf carts, etc., are not allowed on any lots and must be parked at the designated area. There is a daily rate ($20.00). If you're bringing your golf cart, it's necessary to have insurance.
